PSEWEB - By the Community, For the Community

Canada’s education community is coming to the Forest City and Digital Echidna is happy to play a role in its arrival for #PSEWEB!

Digital Echidna is proud to be a bronze-level sponsor of the conference. We’ve been a part of the #PSEWEB community for a few years now because it just seems like such a natural alignment to who we are and what we do.

Obviously, we have a prominent presence in the educational field throughout North America. All you need to do is view our case study page to see some of the amazing institutions we’ve worked with over the years, including Dartmouth, Mohawk College, The Juilliard School, The SUNY network of schools, and, of course, our local partners Fanshawe College and Western University. So there’s an alignment there.

But, fundamentally, we share the same ethos as #PSEWEB as it’s really a conference that’s by and for the community. #PSEWEB was started by its community, nurtured into existence, and is now an annual event that’s curated, in large part, by its attendees. In fact, the program for #PSEWEB is selected by its audience.

For a company that’s embraced the open-source mentality and appreciates the value of an empowered community like we do, how could we not want to support a venture like this.

The Echidna team will be at the event and would love to see you there. We invite you to come by our booth, try your hand at a little hockey, and chat about some of the challenges and opportunities you may be facing. And, of course, as Victor mentioned last week, we have more than a few recommendations for places to go and things to eat in our home town. On Tuesday, I’ll be co-presenting with Echidna project manager Jessie Johnston on the topic of, “Help, My Website Project is Going Off the Rails - Now What?” so I hope to see you at that event.

And, most of all, I hope you truly get a chance to meet some amazing people, network, and forge some long-lasting relationships because #PSEWEB really is about the community. We’re proud to be a part of it and we look forward to seeing you there.
