Who are we looking for?

A new team member to work as a part of our development team to design and execute web solutions.

WARNING: You will talk and learn a lot about Drupal to the point that you might start to dream about it at night.

Specific Responsibilities

• Define site architecture and overall site structure.
• Bring new ideas for functionality and features to clients.
• Conduct research into current and emerging Web technologies and issues in support of web development efforts.
• Identify, recommend, and prioritize new Web features and applications in conjunction with other team members and clients.
• Develop, code, install, test, debug, and document web sites and applications using appropriate editors.
• Update client websites to ensure site accuracy and currency.
• Ensure security of all websites and related applications.
• Monitor and report on website traffic and performance.
• Build new skills working on the Drupal CMS

Education Qualifications

• Minimum two or three-year community college diploma or university degree in graphic/interactive design, computer science, or programmer/analyst field(s).
• Continual updating on related industry topics

Required Skills

• Desire to learn and adapt to new applications and frameworks
• Commitment to delivering high-quality web projects on time
• Solid fundamentals in developing W3C compliant CSS and XHTML
• Proficient in the use of Photoshop
• Experience in developing for CMS platforms
• PHP & MySQL
• Javascript skills as required

Bonus Skills

• Drupal CMS development
• Making sites accessible (WCAG AA)
• Git Experience
• SASS
• Experience with Agile methodologies
