Coming Through in the Clutch Lands Echidna on a Global Leaders List

There’s an old adage, often used in sports, that says someone or something has “come through in the clutch.” That usually means that you’ve been able to deliver a positive result, under pressure, to help your team win.

That may be a line drive up the middle scoring the game-winning run with two down in the bottom of the ninth; it may be rallying back in the fifth set of a championship tennis match, or stopping that breakaway in game seven of the Stanley Cup Finals.

For us, it means delivering digital solutions to our clients that meet -- or exceed -- their needs and expectations, often under tight deadlines and budgets. It means solving problems and building capacity. It means giving our clients the tools to help them along their pathways to success.

Yesterday, Clutch.co released its first annual Global Leaders List and Echidna’s amongst 103 web and software companies around the world to earn this coveted designation that recognizes companies that excel in client reviews, market presence, and the ability to deliver high quality services.

It’s always nice to be recognized and you never want to say one award means more than another, but there’s something extra special about this Clutch designation because it comes, in large part, thanks to feedback from our clients.

As part of our process, we ask our clients to participate in a post-launch Clutch review. We have no input in the review from that point on. Good or bad, what the client says shows up on the Clutch.co website.

We just trust in the process. We know we have a strong team that focuses on the client and its needs. We strive to provide superlative service and constant communication to ensure that there are no surprises. We work diligently to make sure the process and the end solution meet and exceed our clients’ needs and expectations.
