OUTBOUND SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Support Coordinator to help our sales team meet and exceed their revenue targets.  This role involves coordinating with the Sales and Marketing portfolios to complete target client research, review online bidding systems and complete some elements of the RFP writing process.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop lists of potential Digital Echidna clients based on target market verticals.
  • Identify the correct contacts within target organizations.
  • Compete outbound calls to pre-screen potential clients using the lead scoring questionnaire.
  • Review online bidding platforms to find new opportunities for the Digital Echidna team.
  • Help with execution and tracking of sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System (Salesforce).

ATTRIBUTES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be humbly confident, honest, articulate and friendly at all times.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Superior phone skills. 

BONUS SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems (Salesforce.com).
  • Prior lead generation, sales support experience.
  • Understanding of content management systems (CMS), preferably Drupal, or knowledge of the web design and development process.
